35 patio homes, 222 independent living apartments, 63 private health care rooms, 60 assisted living apartments, and 20 memory support rooms form the base of this comprehensive community commissioned by the Baptist Homes Society. The partial wood frame, partial precast masonry buildings also house underground parking, a variety of dining options, a library, a spa and pool, and many other social spaces.
TEDCO is responsible for helping Baptist Homes Society develop and deliver one of the finest retirement communities in the Pittsburgh area. As a result of their involvement, the community of Providence Point was completed on time and within budget.
