This brick exterior 2-story building was constructed to house the Morgantown offices of the expanding Pillar Innovations. Low-E, or Low Emissivity, reflective glass aids in keeping the building temperature regulated at a lower cost.
The first floor houses the manufacturing center and laboratories. The second includes offices, open office areas, a training facility, conference room, catering kitchen, and support spaces. The design of the building allows for expansion in the future as the company grows.
From the beginning, TEDCO worked closely with our architects and staff to reduce construction costs and recommend new systems and services. TEDCO managed a challenging integration of their work with that of other project contractors and engineers.
