Client:  KPMG Real Estate
Location:   BNY Mellon Building, City of Pittsburgh
Architect:   The M Group Inc.

This $630,000 28th floor renovation in the BNY Mellon Building gave KPMG a work space with a stronger sense of Pittsburgh identity that emphasizes on teamwork and creativity.

The new dining area offers views of the city, as well as bench seating and tables. Work spaces with rolling file cabinets offer the chance for quick brainstorming sessions. Dry erase board paint was used extensively to create stations for easy collaboration on new ideas.

Our team was successful, in large part, due to TEDCO’s group of professionals who always went the ‘extra mile’ to complete the construction work within the confines of an extremely rigorous schedule. Your team’s professionalism and knowledge are a credit to your organization as well as the profession.
